The short answer

Bring your driver’s license, proof of insurance and your payment or financing details. If you are trading in a vehicle, also bring its title or loan payoff information, the registration and every key.

Everyone needs these

  • A valid driver’s license. We need it for the paperwork and for a test drive.
  • Proof of auto insurance. Your current insurance card works. Call your agent ahead of time so the new vehicle is covered before you drive it home.
  • Your down payment, if you plan to make one.

If you are financing

Lenders commonly ask for a few things to confirm who you are and what you earn. Having them with you saves a second trip.

  • Proof of income, such as recent pay stubs.
  • Proof of residence, such as a utility bill with your name and address.
  • Your pre-approval letter, if you arranged a loan through your own bank or credit union.

You do not have to finance with us to get the advertised price. If you would like to see where you stand first, you can get pre-qualified online. It is a soft pull that does not require your Social Security number or date of birth and will not hurt your credit score.

If you are trading in a vehicle

  • The title, or your lender’s name and payoff information if you still owe on it.
  • The current registration.
  • Every key and remote, plus the owner’s manual if you have it.
  • Service records, if you kept them.

You can get an offer online in minutes before you come in. We buy any make and model, and you can put the offer toward your next vehicle or just sell it to us.

Know the price before you come

Every vehicle we sell shows its Moore Value Price online. Our $498 processing fee is already in that price. The only things added at purchase are government fees: tax, title, license and registration.
